Medical Park is a family-run organization, managed overall by the Executive Board of Directors.
Steffen Danneberg
Managing Director
Steffen Danneberg has been the Managing Director of Medical Park SE since April 2025.
Steffen Danneberg previously held a responsible role at Medical Park in 2022 as Managing Director for the neurological specialist clinic in Bad Camberg.
The qualified sports scientist (Diploma in Sports Science) for rehabilitation and prevention and Master of Health Economics has held various positions in the field of rehabilitation and management since 2012. The father of a son acquired his professional foundation for his career development in the rehabilitation sector at Germany’s largest hospital operator, HELIOS Kliniken GmbH, and deepend it as Commercial Director at MediClin AG. Most recently, he was responsible for our Medical Park location in Bad Sassendorf as Managing Director.
Dr. Alois Panzer
Managing Director
Dr. Alois Panzer has been Managing Director of Medical Park SE since April 2026. With many years of experience in senior leadership positions at major companies, he has successfully implemented numerous transformation and efficiency programs and strategically realigned finance organizations. His focus is on combining financial excellence with data driven decision making to drive sustainable long-term value creation.
Prior joining Medical Park, Dr. Panzer held leadership positions in Group Controlling at Giesecke + Devrient, Corporate M&A at Infineon AG, management consulting at AlixPartners, and auditing at KPMG. These roles have provided him with a broad commercial and financial foundation that shapes his analytical and entrepreneurial approach.
